The place a final-year cohort actually runs

Teams, the university proposal, deadlines, evaluations, and results — in one workspace, with a different desk for each role.

Accounts are created by coordinator invitation. There is no public sign-up.

  1. Team

Form teams and manage members in the workspace.

  2. Proposal

Write and review the university-format proposal.

  3. Supervisor match

Match teams with supervisors before the deadline.

  4. Work stream

Announcements, deliverables, and submissions in one place.

  5. Calendar

Phases, due dates, and evaluations on one calendar.

  6. Evaluation

Assigned scoring against the program rubric.

  7. Results

Calculate and publish scores without marksheet merge.

Four jobs, not one dashboard

FYDP Connect is not a shared project board with extra labels. Each role gets the work that role actually does.

Student
Form a team, write the proposal, submit deliverables, and read published results.
Supervisor
Match with teams, review proposals, publish deliverables, and follow submissions.
Coordinator
Invite the cohort, run phases and templates, assign evaluators, and publish results.
Evaluator
Open assigned evaluations and score each team member against the rubric.
